Essentially a one-note, five-minute joke stretched out for 90 excruciating minutes, Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus suffers under its ultra low-budget conception, resulting in laughable visual effects, and more embarassingly, terrible acting and worse still, some of the most horrendous direction I have ever seen.
The lack of action means it doesn't really live up to its title.
