"I was drunk last night dear mother, I was drunk the night before, but if you'll forgive me mother IIII'll never get drunk anymore" lol. Margaret O'Brien could turn the tears on couldn't she?! There were rumors that Margaret's mom pinched her to get her to cry and some even rumor that for the "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" scene the director told her that her dog had died, but in a recent interview on TCM she said that wasn't true thank goodness cause that'd be horrible lol! All in all, this is one of my most favorite movies and I watch it almost every Christmas.
