Review of Mean Girls (2004) by Daniel M — 25 Jan 2016
Mean Girls is a fantastic movie that I'm surprised that Tina Fey hasn't wrote any other films after his. The scenes in here that Tina Fey wrote are so relatable that it's honestly scary that high schools would actually do that.
My high school is kind of like that, but not to the extreme like this movie is, thank God. The acting is terrific in this which some of the best performances in this movie are Lizzy Caplan who is having a lot of fun, Rachel McAdams who is very believable as a queen bee, smarmy, and *bleep* character that is made me surrounded that she can top it off.
Th writing is top-notch and it gives off a lot of memorable lines. The characters are memorable, and the comedy in this is really funny. The movie does get a sense of what it's like to be the new student in school, and to fit in as you feel like an outcast if you don't fit in.
The story is well done, and it gives it a lot of variety to know what high school is. Mean Girls is a very memorable high school movie that is the closest movie of showing the positive and negative things of high school in general.
