Review of Mean Creek (2004) by Bradley C — 24 Jan 2008
Dark, gritty and realistic. It's a film that socks you in the gut for an hour and a half. I was bothered by some of the coarse language, but I realize that it was neccesary since many teens speak that way.
Not really technically amazing, but the emotinal side of it completely makes up for that.
