Mean Creek is one of those films that will keep you on your seat for the rest of the movie. The movie has excellent build-up until the big moment, but somehow falls short in wrapping up the whole story in the end.
Some would say it as "anti-climactic", but it is good, nonetheless. Solid performances from these young actors who did very heavy roles.
