Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Rachel D — 08 Jun 2010
I've seen several people tackle Orson Welles, but Christian McKay's performance is, for sure, a standout. He may not be a dead ringer for Welles but his performance is transformative. The film itself is a pretty standard coming of age tale that is to say the least, slight.
However, it's highly entertaining and truly creates a sense of magic around the 1930's, the theater and Welles himself.
