Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Michael R — 22 Sep 2010
Vaguely entertaining, though felt a little like a pretentious high-school bohemian's fantasy life brought to the screen. Christian Mckay makes a dynamic Welles, Claire Danes is Claire Danes, and Zac Effron is a pretty boy who can't sing and acts like much like that same pretentious high school bohemian putting on their own play :-) Harsh but, I believe, fair.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it - but I could definitely have missed it and been no worse off.
