Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Brenden B — 25 Aug 2010
Christian McKay was an EXCELLENT Orson Welles, and I just love Claire Danes...but thie movie is a prime example of movies I hate...a movie with a lack of a moral center. When every character is self-centered and that's all there is to it...I just don't walk away thinking about how much I loved the movie...especially when the film maker draws attention to the self-centeredness of its characters, except the lead...who is the most self-centered of them all.
An innocence to experience journey that is definetely worth skipping. Though I am glad to see Zac Efron in a bit more of a "high brow" piece, as it were.
