"He's scared of going outside. Which is a disease called 'home-o-phobia'".

Its a charming clever innocence like that coupled with a roald dahlesque playful dark side that make this a frequent joy. It admittedly drags a bit tho - it is pretty much just voiceovers from the two characters and a narrator. This gives it a unique style, similar to sin city in a way which was mostly noir style voiceovers all the way thru from rourke then owen then willis. But it does take a bit of gettin used to. I like films that flow, have a story that moves along rather than stops and starts every ten minutes. So it would be a classic short film, as a feature length its a bit long. But it has random genius within it, it grows on yer, stays with you and is definitely worth a watch. The kind of original film that really grows on you over time. I can see myself revisiting this one again. The ending is, without meanin to sound arty and stuff, the ending is kind of beautiful in a weird way. Give it a go and - crucially - stay with it and you'll find much to laugh at and be very moved by.

"ps...did u know that turtles can breathe through their anuses!!".
