Review of Mary and Max (2009) by Paul E — 05 Apr 2015
Two friendless people become pen-pals. That's the basic plot of this beautifully animated film, but there's definitely more too it than that. Can't say much without spoilers, but I found it very touching. One caveat: if you're depressed, do not watch this film!
Flixster says it's rated G. It definitely was not. I believe it was released as unrated, even though it's likely PG-13. Definitely not meant for the little kids.
