Review of Mary and Max (2009) by Kevin A — 09 Feb 2016
As a kid who grew up different and imperfect, awkward and clumsy, naive and ignorant, this film not only makes me laugh, it makes me cry. It's such a beautiful piece of childhood loneliness and the confusing parts of life, and how the people you surround yourself with make life worth living.
It's truly one of the best animated films I have ever seen and one of my favorite movies of all time.
