Review of Marty (1955) by Alison P — 23 Oct 2008
This didn't blow me away, but it held my attention. Great for the single person in the group who has nothing but married/coupled friends. Seems like Delbert Mann was going for more of a Mank or Capra style and his picture came out slightly derivative when he could have focused on creating his own standout flavor.
