Ernest Borgnine is phenomenal in role as the guy who thinks he will never find love. When he finally does his friend and mother, spent the entire first half of the movie telling him he should find love, tell him the girl isn't any good.
Ernest is amazing in his role as the every day man, just wants to do the right thing.
