This movie is really just ok. I really don't like this more dark and brooding superman, when he is supposed to be a beacon of light and hope. There is a lot of interesting stuff here, but in the final act it quickly becomes almost like a transformers movie with generic building destruction with no real attempt to take the fight out of the city.

I really do not like Amy Adams as Lois Lane. She is just so boring. There really isn't anything interesting about her character. Lois Lane should be a bit more witty and actually have a personality.

There is some good here though and a lot of it is quite good. It just has a really disappointing 3rd act.
