Review of Mamma Mia! (2008) by David C — 25 Oct 2011
Probably one of the worst movie musicals I have ever seen. I tried to like it, I really did, but this movie just squandered the talents of some of my favorite actors, like Mirren, Firth, and Brosnan (especially Brosnan).
The story is stupid, the music is awful (ABBA), and it was just a bad movie altogether. Not that I was expecting it to be good, but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was.
