If anything, "Malcolm and Marie" displays the complexities of a relationship and the razor thin line between love and hate. The acting is phenomenal, especially considering they filmed this during the pandemic and like I said, it shows the complexities that come with a relationship beautifully.

The problem with this film is, thats it. There's really nowhere else for the story to go. Its not a bad film, the performances, cinematography and dialogue alone make this film watchable but I doubt I'd watch this film again.
