Review of M (1931) by Joey L — 16 May 2009
M stood the test of time and raises interesting issues that still apply today - how to deal with criminals, and should murderers be institutionalised for something they cannot control. Brilliant story, memorable acting and direction thats up there with the best.
Lorre's creepy performance was outstanding of a killer that also makes you feel for him. Lorre is a brilliant and well remembered movie icon, who's talent and screen presence is a rare find.
