Review of Lust, Caution (2007) by Eric A — 22 May 2010
A dark tale from the darkest days of China, a little too balanced, perhaps. My reference in the genre is L'Armee des Ombres "Army of Shadows" on the Resistance in occupied France during WWII. Much less glamorous, it tells a real story.
Still, "Lust, Caution" remains a great film, a Chinese treat.
