Review of Lucy (2014) by Cindy G — 24 May 2015
One of the worst movies I've ever seen. The 10% myth is easily disproven but even if they had changed that the rest of it has so many timeline and logic gaps that it's impossible to follow or believe.
It's also full of male characters with very little screentime given to women other than the main character. If the drug makes Lucy smarter it certainly doesn't make her kinder or any of the other more positive aspects of being human.
She kills innocent people, allows her blatant neglect to kill many more, then leaves the worst of the bad guys alive so they can kill more innocents. It was a horrible movie.
