The hypothesis of what would happen if the human brain worked 100% works well, with no other pretensions than to entertain, for an action movie according to the French method. It is true that it is hyperactive or exaggerated but it is well worth a large bag of popcorn.
Let's be fair: in someone else's hands this would have been a brainless grotesque.
