Review of Lovely & Amazing (2002) by Shell E — 23 Apr 2006

I can understand the points of this film and I also understand why my wife liked it. I, however, found it difficult to watch, not because of the subject matter but because of the lame script, and overall forced acting.

The direction could have been better but I suppose you can only do so much with a script this poor. All the seams were showing. No heart, no soul. This film would be a good one to show in a "what you should not do" sort of class.
