A average story, with a little humor and more unresolved disease and illness. It is difficult to believe the movie was only rated R, as we were 'treated' to lots of nudity, including the entire Anne Hathaway in action, along with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Further scenes (at a Hollywood sex party) were also quite graphic and a bit disgusting. The sex scenes were no erotic, but hey were explicit, leaving very little to the imagination of even the most inexperienced.

If any one arrived familiar with all he anatomy involved, and how the process worked, before seeing this movie, there would be little left to explain to them after they had seen it ... definitely not a film for younger audiences.
