I was able to see Love & Mercy on Tuesday. It was even better than I first thought it was going to be. When I first heard that 2 actors were going to portray Brian Wilson, I was skeptical. Now that I've seen it, I realize how wrong I was to doubt the creative brilliance of director Bill Pohland.

both Paul Dano and John Cusack give amazingly spot on portrayals of Brian Wilson. Also giving great performances were Paul Giamatti as Eugene Landy and Elizabeth Banks as Melinda Ledbetter. I know that the film has been edited a bit from it's original debut at the Toronto International Film Festival last year or so I believe.

I am very satisfied with the cut I saw. I couldn't be more enthusiastic to encourange people to see this film. I cannot wait to see it again (and again).
