There's an interesting and different style in this bio pic that kind of transcends the genre in a way. Bill Pohlad is more concerned with spending time on long scenes and drawing character moments out which makes it more engaging than a traditional bio pic as well as holds your interests in the characters rather than it just being a film that hops from one event to the next.
Paul Dano is great and John Cusack and Elizabeth Banks are fantastic as well.
