Review of Lost in Translation (2003) by Mike B — 05 May 2013
Must have been filmed in Babylonian, because this one was pretty much lost on me. It is well made, and nicely shot, but doesn't go anywhere. It may not help that I am not a big Scarlett Johansson fan.
Murray was excellent. I have now carefully watched this two more times. I guess the subtle message is that two lost people find commonality in their own unhappiness, which draws them together and makes them happy.
Better upon reviewing, upgraded rating.
