I mostly liked this because I'm a fan of Gilliam and am interested in his constant struggles to produce the kind of movies that inspire him. It's certainly sad to see such a great idea dropped due to lack of money.
As a film, this is uninspired and perfunctory, words which could never be claimed by Gilliam. It does the job, though.
