Review of Lost in La Mancha (2002) by Marcus W — 08 Oct 2011
Poor Terry Gilliam. He's truly one of the greatest maverick film makers, and yet every film he makes is a struggle and becomes beset with bad luck - none more so than here. Illness, weather and everything else conspire to ruin his Don Quixote film.
Thankfully, someone was filming on set, and what was going to become a "making of" doc, became a film in itself.
