The "Citizen Kane" of beer-swilling kung-fu-fighting Texas Ranger movies. Remember how you never got to see the eponymous Bill get his ass whupped in "Kill Bill"? You can imagine that the last ten minutes of this movie are what that would have been like.
.. if Uma Thurman were a hairy, sweaty man that smelled of cheap beer. A classic.
