This movie is good, but some of it's action scenes could've been better and there aren't enough action scenes in it either, which is kind of a downer.
Overall, this movie kicks ass but there are a lot of better action movies besides this one, like "Rambo (4)" or "Hard Boiled" or even "Shoot 'Em Up" (trust me there are a lot of them). I give this movie an 8/10.
