Review of London to Brighton (2006) by Steven M — 02 Mar 2008
An incredibly assured debut feature, capably dealing with issues that even the most experienced writer-director would have difficulty with. Paul Andrew Williams succeeds where the likes of Nick Love have failed miserably, in realistically and sympathetically portraying two characters forced to inhabit a society outside of our own.
Very difficult to watch in places, but definitely worth the effort.
