Review of London to Brighton (2006) by Richard P — 05 Jan 2010
Horrific to watch, in that it covered subject matters most of us want to ignore - Child Prostitution. I got hooked into the fear of the fleeing females and so desperately wanted a happy ending, but knew this wasn't going to be.
I thought all round there was some commendable acting. The film successfully covered the feelings of guilt felt by some of the adult characters, who were aware of pending child abuse but felt unable to intervene, until it was too late.
All round, top drama.
