London Boulevard is an absolute mess from top to bottom. The pacing, the cinematography, the script, the plot... All sub par at best. William Monahan went completely out of his way to try and turn London Boulevard into In Bruges II -- even going as far as casting the same lead (Colin Farrell).
It fell short in nearly every capacity. The soundtrack was pretty solid, however.
