Review of Logan (2017) by Basilzero — 25 Sep 2021
Probably one of the best super hero movies made. On par with DC/Nolan's The Dark Knight. A grittier, darker and tragic X-men story. Inspired by the comic "Old Man Logan" with a few twists here and there to make this movie a unique addition to the overall Marvel Megaverse.
This was the movie to end Fox's X-Men universe perfectly. From start to finish - the story keeps the audience glued to the screen wondering what will happen next. Despite the fact that the cast of characters are much smaller in comparison to the previous X-Men related movies, a lot of character focus and development were made with the existing characters.
If you love Western movies, action movies or super hero movies in general, this is one you do not want to miss.
