Awful. I'm usually lenient with comedies, and can forgive shortcomings if it makes me laugh, but I can honestly say I didn't even crack a smile throughout the whole thing.
Best described as a series of non-events with no laughs in between.
Avoid this unnecessary cash-in like the plague.
