Review of Little Fockers (2010) by George R — 25 Aug 2011

I watched this movie in cinemas, when it was released in 2010 and I was disappointed, even if I hadn't seen the first two films in the franchise!

It was boring at many points and now that I've watched the first trilogy of Focker films, the plot is just completely recycled.

It seemed like they were just using old material, scratch that, they WERE just using old material. However, admittedly, it did make me laugh a couple of times so I can't rate it something as low as 20%.

I am reviewing the film as a stand alone movie as when I first watched it, I hadn't saw the first 2 so I wasn't aware of how recycled the WHOLE film was, so it made me laugh and I wasn't as bored as I would've been if I had have watched the first 2 movies before hand.

The movie was boring at a lot of points as the plotline was so thin and although some elements made me laugh, MANY things that were intended to be funny did not.

Overall, the film was a dissappointment and even more so when I watched the first 2 movies which just made it even worse.

But, I cannot rate it INCREDIBLY low as I was guilty of laughing at a few odd points in the movie so I'd rate it a 4 out of 10 (40%), however if I had watched the first 2 movies beforehand, my score would've probably been about 20%.

PS: DON'T MAKE MORE FILMS JUST BECAUSE A FRANCHISE STILL MAKES MONEY OR YOU'LL END UP WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
