Little evil is ridiculously hilarious. Adam Scott plays such a good straight man in this parady of The Oman type horror film. Evangeline Lilly totally pulls off the supportive-mom gone-too-far thing. To really appreciate this movie, I think you have to be a parent yourself.
I think a lot of parents have had that moment where you think your kid or step kid is sociopath or evil in someway. This is a creative play on that typical parental feeling. You love your kid no matter what right? The ragtag group of stepdads is pretty delightful especially the funny step "dad" played by Bridget Everette.
It's refreshing to see some good dialogue for a female comedian. Overall, I would totally recommend this weirdly wholsome movie to my friends.
