Review of Limelight (1952) by Cecilie B — 08 May 2010
Chaplin's most personal film, with many elements from his own life. The story of the aging clown who's lost his audience, and the young ballerina with no belief in herself. Buster Keaton has a small part here, but this is 100% Chaplin's film.
Melodramatic, and it drags a bit, but it's still a good film.
