Review of Limelight (1952) by Matt H — 04 Nov 2013
A little too maudlin, uneven, but also some wonderful parts. The "comedy" scenes aren't good nor funny; it's the more dramatic elements that work well in the movie for me. Actually, the last comedy scenes with Chaplin and Keaton were funny - not great all-time comedy moments that's you'd expect from them onscreen together, but still mildly funny.
A very early 30's movie made in 1952.
