Abbas Kiarostami's LIKE SOMEONE IN LOVE is definitely not one of his better excursions into the complexity of modern society. Typically filled with secrets and subterfuge, LIKE SOMEONE IN LOVE will make you ask yourself, "Is Kiarostami simply remaking the same film over and over?" Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
This time it doesn't with way too much banality but worse, it made me totally reconsider Kiarostami's entire oeuvre in the worst way.
