Review of Life with Father (1947) by Kim P — 25 Aug 2007
I love this movie, but there was 1.5 things that bothered me. Elizabeth Taylor was little more than set design, and hadn't hit the stride that she did in the early fifties. Also, I found Irene Dunne annoying.
William Powell's acting job was entertaining, he really fell into that character. And the boys were awesome. I loved the interplay between Clarence and the Martin Milner brother. And the younger boys were adoreable.
