It starts off really, really slow, like most indian movies do. After Pi starts off his journey it starts getting better, delving into the relationship of the wild tiger and the boy. Then it went full weird and then emotional again.
But, in the end, "what hurts the most is never having the chance to say goodbye". So, watch it.
