"Life of Pi" is a film that I particularly considered very beautiful, both emotional and visually. And it debates very deep themes of faith, survival, friendship and love that aren't much explored in adventure films so.
.. I would recommend you to watch this one. Even if you feel it's boring, I think you will still love the visuals.
