Review of Life Is Beautiful (1997) by Arameh N — 09 Aug 2010
Roberto Benigni is fantastic actors, great director, totality and talents which he had devoted just to all people realize that "Life is Beatiful". In the dark era of WWII, just as the period of the extermination of the Jews by the Nazis, a family head tried to saves his wife and children from death.
But how do save them? What power he has? Martial arts expert! Warfare experts! No, no, this is not a patriot force. But, this is the starting point of tickle and poignant moments that touching heart of this film.
He did not fight for the safety of their physical, but mentally he is fighting for them. From depression and fear of death they suffered, the husband tried to calm them with his expertise in terms jokes.
Life Is Beautiful decorated with sweet scenes that always stuck in my heart, ok I laugh with the absurdity that made by Benigni, but unconsciously, at the end of this film managed to touched my soul and spirit, and also inspiring grip on life that will always hold in my heart!
