Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Tyler F — 20 Mar 2013
Although Licence to Kill has some strong points, overall it is a average bond film due to its poor execution. Playing out like a revenge thriller, Licence to Kill could of and should of been a better movie.
One of the biggest problems that this film faces are its bad direction and script. Timothy Dalton's final performance as James Bond is dull and boring. But one of the things I liked about the movie was its dark tone and terrific villain, Franz Sanchez.
In the end, Licence to Kill is a descent entry into the bond franchise that could of been much better.
