What's funny in this buddy-cop flick is Johnson and Wayans' chemistry and their humor, It's surprising how the film does not go that far with it's raunchiness and it's insults. But it's funny to their funny one-liners to fighting gangs.
Since the talent from the cast but some how is it wasted? Nope. The film gave me plenty of chuckles. Writer-director Luke Greenfield ('The Girl Next Door) has a funny premise and that's what the film has but it does not go that far with the insults and humor.
