This movie really is an enduring classic, I know that others see this film as cheesy, and ludacris, but this movie to me is something personal, this is a film that really lets you into the troubled torments of people's lives, Brad Pitt is amazing in this movie, he plays the part of Tristan with such a force that it shows you who the character is as a person, no matter how many flaws he has, and the other two that really stand out to me were Anthony Hopkins and Aidan Quinn, especially Aidan Quinn with such a fierce force, and anger really lets you into his characters heart.
The scene where Alfred tells Susannah that he is in love with her is simply chilling. John Toll deserved the oscar for cinematography that he got, the cinematography is epic and sweeping in every way.
James Horner's Score is really beautiful. This whole movie is just beautiful.
