Yet another retelling of sixties Cockney gangsters the Kray twins. Both twins Reggie and Ronnie being played by Tom Hardy.
The film is narrated apparently by Reggies new romance then wife.
I liked Hardys portrayal of the twins quite different attributes besides their obvious physical similarities.
Ronnie is a challenging role what with his psychological problems and homosexuality.
Reggie is more the brains behind the operation who ends up getting married.
The film shows sixties London admirably.
I had a problem in that the thugs lifestyle was glamourised in parts.
Remember these were brutal murderers.
The 1990 Krays film with Martin and Gary Kemp must now be seen.
