Review of Leatherheads (2008) by Alex P — 09 Feb 2010

This movie was somewhat off in tone to me. It was good, and better than people are giving it credit for, but my biggest complaint (very surprisingly) is Clooney's acting in the first part of the film, especially the scene in which he first sees Lexi.

Also, Zellweger's accent and obvious attempt at softening her voice when she spoke was pretty horrible, but I got over it. I enjoyed it more as the story progressed and overall laughed more than I thought I would, but it still wasn't anything impressive.
