Review of Lawrence of Arabia (1962) by Juli R — 18 Jan 2012
Any single frame from this film could be blown up and put in museum right now. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if I saw an image from "Lawrence" hanging somewhere. This is one of the single most beautifully constructed films ever made.
The same way you could say Coppola's "Apocalypse Now" or Kubrick's "2001." This is when they really made films, real epics. it's just amazing to be able to sit back and watch as the frames unfold.
