Review of L'Avventura (1960) by Adam M — 23 Dec 2007
I thought this movie's message was much simpler than other reviewers here did - it is a film about grief - and about grieving - about how a man and a woman apparently caught up in their own lives can finally, after a time of struggling with a broad spectrum of emotions, find themselves wearing black, and breaking into tears in public.
Those tears are what this film is all about.
